Terms and Conditions

• Initial and follow-up appointments, as well as all treatments, are not covered by medical insurance.

• This payment is a non-refundable deposit.

• By submitting this deposit, you are reserving your appointment and confirming your commitment to attend.

• In the case of a cancellation or no-show, the deposit will not be refunded or transferred.

Tardiness and Cancellation Policy

At EndoBODY and SKIN Clinic, we respect everyone’s time—yours, our team’s, and other patients’. To ensure efficient and fair service, we apply the following policy:

Tardiness

• A 15-minute grace period is allowed after the scheduled appointment time.

• If more than 15 minutes pass without the patient arriving, the appointment will be automatically canceled and will be considered a “No Show.”

Cancellations

• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

• Late cancellations or unannounced absences are also considered “No Shows.”

No Show Policy

• All no shows carry a $150 fee.

• A new appointment cannot be rescheduled until the fee has been paid.

When a patient does not show up or cancels late, that time slot is lost for someone else who could have benefited from care.
