Shipping Policy

We are not responsible for packages lost, delayed, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees to resend the package.
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are NOT liable for lost, theft, openef or stolen packages/products.

All orders are processed and shipped from Puerto Rico, USA.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional time in transit for delivery.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order through the shipping carrier’s website.
Damaged, Opened, Theft or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, theft or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at endobodyskinpr@gmail.com and file a claim with the carrier immediately.
*Failure to report within 24 hours voids any claim.
