No Returns Without Exception Policy

At EndoBody and Skin Clinic, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and exceptional service. In order to ensure fairness and maintain the integrity of our operations, we have implemented a "No Returns Without Exception" policy.

Policy Details:

• Final Sale: All sales are final, and no returns or exchanges will be accepted unless under exceptional circumstances.

• Exceptions to the Policy: Returns or exchanges may be allowed in rare cases, such as:

  • The product itself is defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • The wrong item was shipped.

In these cases, customers must write to endobodyskinpr@gmail.com and provide valid proof of the issue (such as photos of the damaged item) within 24 hours of receipt.
