En EndoBODY & SKIN Clinic, todas las ventas son finales. Debido a la naturaleza de los productos médicos y de cuidado de la piel que ofrecemos, y para garantizar la seguridad, autenticidad e integridad de nuestros productos, no aceptamos devoluciones, cambios ni reembolsos bajo ninguna circunstancia, excepto en el caso de un error atribuible a nuestra empresa.

Venta Final

• Todas las ventas son finales.

• No se aceptan devoluciones, cambios ni reembolsos por ningún motivo, incluyendo, entre otros:

  • Cambio de opinión.

  • Compra realizada por error.

  • Insatisfacción con el producto.

  • Reacciones individuales o resultados no esperados.

  • Error al seleccionar el producto.

  • Productos abiertos, utilizados o manipulados.

Única Excepción

Únicamente se aceptarán reclamaciones cuando:

• Se haya enviado un producto incorrecto por error de EndoBODY & SKIN Clinic.

En este caso:

• La reclamación deberá realizarse por correo electrónico dentro de las 24 horas siguientes a la entrega, enviando evidencia fotográfica del producto recibido y del empaque.

• El producto deberá permanecer sin abrir, sin usar y en su empaque original.

• Una vez validada la reclamación, enviaremos el producto correcto. No se emitirán reembolsos en ningún caso.

Al completar una compra, el cliente reconoce haber leído, entendido y aceptado esta política en su totalidad.

At EndoBODY & SKIN Clinic, all sales are final. Due to the nature of the medical, aesthetic, and skincare products we offer, and to ensure the safety, quality, and integrity of our inventory, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.

This policy is strictly enforced without exception, except in the event of an error made by EndoBODY & SKIN Clinic.

Final Sale

• All sales are final.

• No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind.

  • Ordering the wrong product.

  • Incorrect product selection.

  • Dissatisfaction with the product.

  • Individual reactions or failure to achieve expected results.

  • Opened, used, or tampered products.

Limited Exception

Claims will only be considered if EndoBODY & SKIN Clinic shipped the incorrect product.

In such cases:

• The claim must be submitted by email within 24 hours of the delivery date.

• The customer must provide clear photographs of the incorrect product, its original packaging, and the shipping label.

• The product must remain unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

• Once the claim has been reviewed and approved, the correct product will be shipped.

Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy in its entirety.
