SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICIES
1. Shipping Information Accuracy
Please ensure all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. Orders are processed and shipped based on the details provided by the customer.
We are Not responsible for packages lost, delayed, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.
If a package is returned to us due to an Incorrect address:
- The customer is responsible for all additional shipping fees to resend the package
- No refunds will be issued for incorrect address submissions
2. Order Fulfillment and Delivery Responsibility
All orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout.
Once an order is marked as DELIVERED by the carrier, the order is considered Fulfilled and Completed.
We are NOT liable or responsible for lost, stolen, opened, or missing packages after delivery.
This includes:
- Packages marked as delivered but not received
- Theft after delivery
- Unattended packages
- Delivery to mailboxes, parcel lockers, front desks, or neighbors
3. Claims for “Item Not Received”
If a customer claims a delivered package was not received:
- A carrier investigation (USPS or UPS) must be initiated immediately by Customer.
- The customer must contact their local carrier office to verify delivery details.
No refunds or replacements will be issued during or after the investigation if the carrier confirms delivery.
Carrier delivery confirmation, including GPS data when available, is considered valid proof of delivery.
4. Lost or Delayed Packages (Not Marked Delivered)
If a package is in transit and shows no movement:
- A carrier claim or Missing Mail search must be initiated by customer.
- Resolution is subject entirely to the carrier’s findings.
5. Damaged or Opened Packages
If your order arrives damaged or opened:
- A claim must be filed with the carrier (USPS or UPS) immediately by customer.

Customers must provide:
- Photos of the packaging
- Photos of the product
Failure to provide documentation may result in denial of the claim.
6. Shipping Origin
All orders are processed and shipped from Puerto Rico, USA.
7. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
- Orders are NOT shipped on weekends or holidays
- During high order volume, processing times may be extended.
Please allow additional transit time once shipped.
8. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
We offer:
- Standard Shipping (USPS or UPS Ground): 3–8 business days
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
9. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, a confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent.
Customers are responsible for monitoring their shipment using the carrier’s tracking system.
10. Refunds and Replacements
We do NOT issue refunds or replacements for:
- Packages marked as DELIVERED
- Lost or stolen packages after delivery
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
- Unattended packages
- Claims without a carrier investigation
All outcomes are subject to carrier verification.
11. Chargeback Policy
Customers must contact us directly before initiating any dispute with their bank.
Filing a chargeback without prior communication will be treated as a disputed transaction and will be formally contested.
We will submit:
- Proof of delivery
- Carrier confirmation (including GPS data when available)
- Order and payment verification
- Customer communication
- Store policies
False or unsupported claims may result in:
- Chargeback denial
- Permanent restriction from future purchases
12. Fraud Prevention
Orders flagged as medium or high risk may be:
- Delayed for verification
- Canceled at our discretion
Additional verification may be required prior to shipment.
13. Agreement to Policy
