*This payment corresponds to a non-refundable deposit that will be applied to the total amount of the selected service. By making this deposit, you secure your spot and confirm your commitment to the appointment. The amount paid will be deducted from the final price indicated in the service title. In case of cancellation or no-show, the deposit will not be refunded or transferred.
Terms and Conditions:
At EndoBODY and SKIN Clinic, we respect everyone's time—yours, our team's, and other patients' time. To ensure efficient and fair service, we apply the following policy:
Tardiness:
A 15-minute grace period is allowed after the scheduled appointment time. If more than 15 minutes pass without the patient arriving, the appointment will be automatically canceled and will be considered a "No Show."
Cancellations:
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations or absences without notice are also considered "No Shows."
No Show Fees:
All no shows carry a $100 fee. A new appointment cannot be rescheduled until the fee has been paid.
When a patient does not show up or cancels late, a space that could have been used by another patient is lost. Out of respect for everyone's time, we appreciate your compliance with this policy.
